10 years of supporting learning, growth, and change—what have we discovered?

This week, we released our 10 Years of Impact Report, a project we kicked off at the beginning of the year as we approached the milestone of turning 10. Over the past decade, we've partnered with incredible organisations and leaders, helping them work through their challenges, enable collaboration and drive meaningful change. We wanted to use this moment to reflect on our work, and ask our past and current clients their thoughts on what difference we made to them as individuals and to their teams or organisations.

A Decade of Impact: Key Highlights

After 10 years of supporting leadership development and organisational culture change, a few themes have emerged as central to our work:

  1. Collaboration is critical. No matter the industry or organisation, one constant remains: the importance of collaboration. When leaders and teams work well together across functions, geographies, or even sectors, they unlock deeper insights and creative solutions that can drive significant change.
  2. Change happens in the conversations. Real, lasting change doesn’t come from grand, top-down initiatives. Instead, it happens through everyday conversations and iterative improvements; informed by the quality of our relationships.
  3. Leadership is done with others. Leadership isn't just about decision-making—it’s about relationships. Leaders who can build trust, facilitate good conversations, and connect on a human level create cultures where innovation and growth can thrive.

Significance of our impact

Challenges and Lessons

One challenge in our work is supporting the tension our clients face between meeting short-term pressures and the need for long-term capability building that requires improved ways of being, thinking and relating together. As leaders face constant deadlines, it’s easy to let reflective and connective spaces fall by the wayside. Yet, our experience has shown that these spaces are essential for making thoughtful, strategic decisions and avoiding costly reactive cycles.

Investing in and developing these practices for greater leadership and collaboration is never done. The most impactful leaders are those committed to continuous learning, adaptation and growth, albeit not a linear pathway!

Looking Ahead: Our Next Chapter

As we look to the future, we are more committed than ever to creating relevant and meaningful spaces for leadership development and collaboration. Our Collaboration Compass—a framework built around the key dynamics of being, thinking, doing, and relating—will continue to guide us as we help leaders reflect, connect, and act more intentionally.

We believe real change happens when leaders embrace the complexities of human relationships and engage in honest conversations about what truly matters. Over the next decade, we’ll continue to partner with organisations to support these critical connections and conversations.

Thank You

To everyone who has been part of this journey—our clients, partners, consultants, and collaborators—thank you for your trust and support. Your insights and feedback have challenged us to keep improving the work we're doing, which has really made a huge difference.

We invite you to explore the full 10 Years of Impact Report and reflect on your own leadership journey. And, as always, we’re here to support you in navigating the complexities of leadership and organisational change.
