10 Years at Ray White Nowra

I recently celebrated 10 years here at Ray White Nowra, something I'm very proud of. To all the clients that I have been lucky enough to help with buying, selling or even just offer some advice along the a massive THANK YOU. The people we meet in this gig and their own story never ceases to amaze me.

Since 2009 many things have changed in the day to day of real estate. We now rely more on technology than ever before, with once very expensive tools now at our disposal at a fraction of the cost. I could run almost every facet of my business from my trusty iPhone - but I don't! From static images in print media as a major lead source in 2009 to high quality high impact video marketing in 2019 the changes has been driven by consumers. Social events in 2009 to help build your profile to Social Media in 2019 to help build social proof. Could you imagine a happy seller not sharing their SOLD photo on their own Facebook page?

Even 5 years ago the idea of live streaming to our customers would of seemed far fetched. Now we stream video direct to the most engaged customers every single week.

As the information age gives consumers more resources than ever before our job can now be stripped back to do what really counts. Forming meaningful relationships with buyers and sellers to help them find a clear way, in the often cluttered and competitive real estate landscape.
