“10 years at Scania has gone by so quickly. Looking back, I realise I have learnt a lot since I joined Scania, and I am still learning new things every day. I am proud to work at the company where my experience and knowledge from former positions both inside and outside Scania is seen as valuable skillset in our continues growth. Scania Industrial Operations Asia is a perfect example of that – Here, we together use all our experience to succeed with a mission no team has taken on before in Scania history”, says Amie Peterson, Project Manager.

"My first assignment at Scania was to work on quality assurance in the new Body Shop factory and the new cab series. In connection with this, I carried out a sub-project with VW that wanted to include this in the annual report. Now, I am back in the same role, but this time, it involves a factory in China”, comments Martin Svensson, Project Manager.
”I started at Scania in 2013 in Zwolle. After two years, I received an opportunity through a contract to move to S?dert?lje for a 10-month training period. An inquiry led to my decision to stay in Sweden, and today, I am still living here. I got married, bought a house, and now have two kids! During my years at Scania, I have learned incredible much of technology that I was not comfortable with before. I have developed personally and learned another language. Within Scania, I have taken the Scania Engineering Program and I completed it in May 2023”, says MatthijsWierenga Fréderic, Process Engineer.
