Your website's Careers page is essential to successful hiring. If you want it to convert well, you need to review it and ensure it caters to your target audience.
Think of it this way.
The average candidate will visit your Careers page at least twice: once when they ?rst see the job posting and again as they consider the position. With this in mind, take another look at it. View it from a candidate's perspective.
Does it offer all the information they need? Does it sell candidates on your company's job opportunities? Does it create excitement and anticipation? Most importantly, do potential hires understand your company’s mission and values?
