A very worrying study of Ceridian’s recent Pulse of Talent Global Report found that in 2022 a staggering 89% of middle managers experienced burnout, 34% admitted that they are not fulfilled in their current job, and 74% were actively looking for a new role.

This, of course, directly impacts the people they lead.?According to a recent Gartner survey employees leftr employees leaving their organisation in the last quarter of 2022 were their struggling managers, lack of dignity and respect, and bad people management.
