10 Ways to Change Your Day From Bleh to Wow

As an entrepreneur, I am always focused on more than three things at a time. This comes with excitement but also a small amount of stress of what's to come.

What are the ways life can be a little better each day?

I think of what I can accomplish the first few hours of the day, then in the afternoon, then at night. Breaking everything up into smaller pieces can make the day feel more manageable and enjoyable.

  1. Make a list of the things I need to do throughout the day
  2. Make a decision when I would like to get these things done
  3. Do some sort of exercise for 30 minutes
  4. Call a friend or family member
  5. Eat one of your all-time favorite meals
  6. Watch your favorite TV show or movie
  7. Work on something that moves the needle forward in fitness, mental health, or your business
  8. Journal or meditate
  9. Listen to music that helps you get back to 100%
  10. Clean your space - laundry, dishes, fung shui your room

We can feel like an entirely new person in only 10 minutes. That's how quickly our day can go. Being aware of what is helping and not helping can improve the quality of your day.
