1 年A great topic and truly a differentiator as we often see in our own lives, peers and teams. The simplest of example that comes to my mind is learning to ride a bike. You fail a few attempts, correct your errors and keep at it. Often we have the social context that helps us. For example, a lot of people can ride bikes so what can that not be me? But often the situation is such that you are probably doing something that is unheard of like being the first person to ride a bike. Often what differentiate those with growth mindset and those without is the tenacity, hope and belief and that mindset helps them reach the goal. The more difficult side of mindset is our need to protect our interest & identity which often overpowers our learning ability and we tend to over justify our approach and attribute failures externally.
