10 Things I Wish I Knew as a College Senior
I have two college-age daughters, one a sophomore and one six months from graduation. So when I participated in a recent panel discussion bringing together some of Charlotte’s top women in business, the topic hit home: How can we help young women and aspiring leaders grow their careers while thriving outside of the office?

5 年Great article Jennifer--hard to believe that our girls were in preschool together and are now heading out into the world.? I love the marriage one--not everyone gives that advice, and to me, it might be the biggest decision of your life and there isn't a time limit on it!??

5 年Great advice.? I love the point of following your passion and travel.? I think this age group of students will naturally not go with the traditions of the past.? It seems they are ready to have impact and are very globally minded.? I loved hearing my 26 year old daughter say recently she would always bet on herself.? ?I would not have had that mindset at her age!??
