Had a blast at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit?t München where I had the big honor & pleasure to give a talk on self-leadership for the top 10% of business administration students (TOP BWL Programm).

Teach them young:

• It’s never too early to create an awareness for self-leadership.
• This high-performance group of students will very likely be in some kind of leadership position in the near future.
• Their ability to lead themselves well from the very start will be highly correlated with their ability to create happy and healthy workplaces for their future teams - aka a meaningful future of work on a societal level.
