4) Prioritize Your Mental Health Now. If You’ve Been Sweeping Things Under The Rug, Ignoring Your Body Image Dissatisfaction Or Food Relationship Struggles And Any Maladaptive Coping; Now Is The Time To Create A New Normal Where You Learn To Tackle This And Make Peace So It Doesn’t Keep Cycle Going
5) Complete A Prep Audit. Learn From Last Pre And Identify What Needs To Change, Stay The Same, Or Be Addressed In Your Approach To Make Your Next Experience Better And More Conducive To A Positive Post-Show Experience
