8. Scholarship programs for working professionals:
There are also multiple programs for working professionals–from certified courses to scholarships and fellowships for Masters & PhD. For pursuing further studies, you don't have to limit yourself to Masters/MBA programs. In fact, there are multiple other programs you can take to specialise in a particular sub-field. TCC helps you understand all these options including possible scholarships, creates a timeline best suited for your field, and then aids you in your applications to your aspired institutions.
9. Question and check on your satisfaction and happiness:
It's possible for you to hit certain curveballs and obstacles on your path that don’t necessarily position you where you envisioned yourself to always be. So always keep a check on your own satisfaction. Is your current position fulfilling you? Does it feel like a burden? Is it where you want to be? It's perfectly normal to have these questions. Changing careers can be a brave, difficult path to take on, but if you have a change of heart, approach your counsellor and understand why your choice is not satisfying you. Take their aid and expertise to find your way and explore other options. Build onto your requirements for those particular options, and then try again! Remember–everyone makes mistakes and not everyone ends up where they thought they would!
10. Reflect/ Reassess your goals and reminisce your journey:
The journeys that we all take that bring us to where we are in the present are some of the most unique and personal experiences of our lives–but also something we share in common globally. Think about your very first graduation, those school friends and the fun you had bunking classes or pranking teachers. Or your college graduation where you adorned caps and gowns and thought about all the classes you slept through, all the weeks of surviving on coffee, the wild college parties and those extremely strict professors. And then reflect that upon where you are today–what you’ve achieved, where you stand and what it took to get there. Appreciate your hard work and determination!! CONGRATULATIONS!
