10 second guide to reduce the size of PowerPoints and Emails

One of the most asked questions is related to the file size of PowerPoints or emails, slow loading/sending of PowerPoints and emails and storing PowerPoints.

Here is a simple 10 seconds step by step guide to reduce your PowerPoint and email file size.

Most of the time the large PowerPoint or email file size is due to large images and cropped areas being remembered.

When reducing the size and deleting the cropped area’s we have seen reduction from 80MB to 7MB (best case)

How to reduce

·        Click any image

·        Open the tab Format

·        Click Compress pictures

• Untick Apply only to this picture
• Tick Web (150 ppi)
• Press OK
