10 Rules to Improve your Workplace Relationships

1. Be Considerate
Consideration opens your mind to effective relationships in the workplace. Be considerate of other peoples opinion. You can disagree without disrespecting their perspectives. Remember that the number 9 is actually 6 turned over. Be considerate of other peoples feelings. You can say things that sound casual to you but personal to others, things you may forget after saying them, but may open a wound in your colleague. If it grinds their gears once, don't do it again. Be considerate of other peoples space, the workplace is a conglomerate of work spaces, if you don't give breathing space you will suffocate your workplace relationships.
So, as you go about your work today, remember to be considerate of others.
