I’m more excited than usual today. Why? Because we’re launching SaaSGrowth 2019 — London’s No1 B2B Sales Leadership Conference.

As well as running SaaSGrowth last year, I’ve spent a lot of time attending business events in the SaaS industry. In the last few months, I’ve been to Dublin, San Francisco and Atlanta, making connections and seeing how they do things.

At SaaSGrowth 2019, I get to apply everything I’ve learned, but also put my own little twist on things. SaaSGrowth celebrates the unique SaaS community in the UK. Talented people, doing great things for world-leading organisations. We’re not Silicon Valley, we’re the UK and we do things our way.

At SaaSGrowth, everyone in the room is a SaaS professional, whether they’re a rep, leader, founder or anything else. That means we don’t have to explain the fundamentals. Straight away, we can go deep into the ways to win at SaaS sales. When you talk to someone, they will know what you’re talking about. You will be able to find common ground and discover ways you can help each other.

8 — You get to spend time at a really cool venue

Like last year, we’re hosting SaaSGrowth at Here East. It’s right by the Olympic Park at Stratford. In fact, it was the media centre for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Here East is a brilliant venue, with terrific riverside views. There are plenty of coffee shops. There are tons of places to charge your phone and do a bit of work if something comes up that you can’t ignore. Plus, the food is fantastic.

It’s easy to get to, with a free shuttle bus from Stratford station.

9 — You’ll have fun!

SaaSGrowth is about sharing SaaS sales knowledge and making connections, but it’s also about having fun. All our speakers are all great presenters, with more than a few one-liners up their sleeves. The conference itself is fast-moving and interactive. No one outstays their welcome. And there is absolutely no Death by PowerPoint.

One of the highlights of last year’s SaaSGrowth was the after party. After the conference, we all decamped to a riverside bar for some drinks and bit of a dance, courtesy of a top London DJ. Of course, we’ll be doing that again this year. If you come, I can guarantee you will have a brilliant night out. Although, I can’t guarantee the weather will be as fantastic as last year!
