10 Reasons why I do what I do

Being on LinkedIn, a Network-based on humanity, is a commitment.

We need to know one another to build trust and lasting relations.

Sales and deals come after that as a natural result.

So I decided to be an open book by explaining why I do what I do, and why I chose Arqui300 as my favorite and best workplace.

This idea comes from excellent training with @Scott Aaron - Expert Authority Mastermind and Creator of Linked Leads Generation and @Nancy Evans, co-Founder of @Byob Agency - Personal Branding, Social Media Expert, and Podcast Host.

They have asked us to reply to 10 crucial questions while building Personal Branding. A great exercise that allows me to present myself authentically.

All this on a regular message would be unthinkable.

1- Why am I in this Industry (3D for Real Estate)?

I wrote my first poem at 12 while listening to music.

Music and writing have always been the two forms of expression that filled me the most. Sports, too. But writing and music are in my DNA.

When choosing which path I would take on my training, I decided on Social Communication, a course aiming at Journalism.

As the silent rebelliousness that I knew controlled my emotions, right at the beginning of the course, I realized then that I didn't want to report facts but rather CREATE them.

So after University, I did my internship as an Image Producer for Advertising. Even so, it wasn't good enough for me. Again, I wanted to CREATE.

I then spent 20 years working in several Advertising Multinationals as a copywriter. But the beast of sound and music continued to scream. "I'm right here!"

2- What brought me here?

I just have found my place!

Today I am part of Arqui300, a company producing 3D Renders and 3D movies for Real Estate.

At first, as creative outsourcing, writing the stories and the scripts for the films and making the voice direction, choosing the music for each film (until today), and then as an effective team member.

Creativity and willingness to tell stories that help the clients be efficient and close deals make me the happiest.

Together with the team, we set new standards of work.

An example: Before, a song was a mere accessory in a movie. Today it plays a fundamental role: It gives strength to each image, and the editing done to the rhythm of the soundtrack does the same.

3. What are my core values?

Loyalty, energy, creativity, innovation, transparency, reliability, and total commitment are my core values and my company one too. So, Arqui300 is definitely my place.

4. What makes you a trusted resource?

Here we go. Is it the perfect opportunity to sell me? No. Not at all.

It only reflects my inner perception, and I hope people see me. One thing I tell you: I'm compulsively honest, and I know to keep a secret!

I did quick math: I have 34 years of experience in a path that is not normal in a Marketing area. If I know and have worked with and for Arqui300 since 2004, the result is 18 years of intense interaction.

If a characteristic defines us, it is the intense and constant search for new solutions to always be up to date and even ahead.

We do not propose to do anything and everything. No. We do what we do very well and get better. Our "Niche Down," as Scott and Nancy would say.

Exactly like me: I only like to do what I know how to do. Perhaps age resistance, but I like to think I'm still and always faithful to myself.

Real Estate is vast. A large scale Industry with several appealing segments with ups and downs, we get to be very good, on a par with our top competitors. (They are fantastic, BUT also we).

Otherwise, we wouldn't be pioneers in 3D solutions (our sweeties. LIVE RENDERS)

5. How do your service products help people?

Arqui300 and I are happy to know that each project delivered helps clients empower their communication, often a deciding factor in a business.

We are and feel like a super tool for sales, leasing. You name it.

We solve "visual" problems by bringing their projects to life.

6. What do I believe in?

When we establish a relationship of trust through our solutions and our work, we will gain client loyalty, who, in return, will recommend us to others.

We are no longer an occasional "supplier" to become an extension of your company regarding your needs to communicate through 3D materials.

I believe customers need to feel understood. That's why we speak their "language."

I believe all customers need to trust those who work with them.

They need efficiency, high-quality work, respect for their deadlines, and availability to interact as often as needed.

We must make their lives easier and give them time to reach everything they need within their businesses.

I believe those working with Arqui300 are relaxed when hiring us.

7. Why have you taken this risk?

As I said initially, writing and music have always been the two forms of expression that fill me the most.

Why not help Real Estate Developers, Architects, and Brokers through stories materialized in 3D images and films?

3D Images and Movie images allow regulators, potential clients, and others to view the project months or years before completion or even before it breaks ground.

8. What do we offer that is unique?

This one I can reply to in a bullet point list:

9. Why am I passionate about this?

Creating and helping are two of the things that run through my veins.

Furthermore, being in "My Place"- Arqui300, I am in a constant self-motivation process. I am giving and learning better how to receive.

I'm like that in life too. Laughing, being with friends, being present for my family, or simply staying on the couch watching sports, musicals, documentaries, or serials are irresistible calls, which I fulfill.

10. What is my why?

I need to know the best way to communicate with my audience.

And yes, it is necessary to outline a strategy, be consistent, and above all, know what my audience likes, wants, needs to see to relate to us.

I need to work according to my innate nature. I have to express myself through words, storytelling, and music. (I don't play any musical instrument and am not a composer. I write lyrics to some well-known singers)

I need quality time to create.

In conclusion, I am a privileged person who wakes up every day with the desire to work and to excel.

As a piece of advice, you should invest in your Personal Branding. I guarantee you that you will feel fully rewarded.
