10 Questions is All it Takes

10 Questions is All it Takes

We have 10 questions for you.

They’re about how you apply clearcoat, paint, sealer or adhesive in your facility, and the answers could be important to your business.

The overlap between various types of spray applications is obvious, but the differences are what make things interesting. Each shop and each process has a unique arrangement of needs, resources, and environmental factors, and we want to give you a different perspective on how yours works so you can make it work even better.

We want to know what challenges have come up for you or your team.

What kind of adjustments do you make before and/or during use?

Tell us about how your material is supplied to the dispense point, what ratio of manual to robotic application you employ, and how often the parts need additional finesse after coating, for example… and we can tell you a lot.

We’ll deliver a comprehensive, customized report on your dispensing process seen through the prism of temperature and viscosity.

The questions take about 3 minutes to complete, and the report will cost you nothing.

In it, we provide tips, suggestions, and insights for each step of your process, based on our 30 years of experience dealing with dispensing applications.

We at Saint Clair Systems are dedicated to the business of process temperature and viscosity control; that’s what we do, and what we’re best at.

Controlling viscosity will increase your efficiency and first-pass yield while reducing both quality defects and excess coating and solvent usage. Improvements can be simple changes or long-term investments, and we’re happy to help you explore which options make sense in your particular case.
