10 Proven Workout Tips to Build Muscle ??

1. Lift Heavy ???♂?

Focus on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. These exercises engage multiple muscle groups at once, helping you build strength more efficiently.


2. Progressive Overload ??

To keep your muscles growing, you need to consistently challenge them. Gradually increase the weight, reps, or intensity of your workouts to force your muscles to adapt.


3. Focus on Form ??

Proper form is crucial for targeting the right muscles and preventing injury. Make sure you’re moving through exercises correctly before adding more weight.


4. Fuel with Protein ??

Muscle growth happens when your body has the nutrients it needs. Aim for about 1g of protein per pound of body weight every day to support muscle repair and growth.
