- You are not helping yourself with that shabby LinkedIn profile. What’s stopping you from using it to its fullest potential? Common! Add an attractive headline. Spice up your LinkedIn summary that speaks directly to the people you’re trying to reach. You just can’t let your prospects slide away because you are not leveraging your LinkedIn profile. - Join active LinkedIn Groups and Forums in 2023. Enough of riding solo. No man is an Island. LinkedIn Groups and Forums are great places to build relationships, exchange information, and find qualified leads. Don’t sleep on this!
- Why are you not leveraging keywords in all posts, headlines, titles, and descriptions? I bet you have been missing a lot. Using keywords will help more users find you on LinkedIn's search engine. Try it today!
- Try out LinkedIn Ads, which can target users based on job title, skillet, company size, etc. I wrote some LinkedIn ad copies for a client. We got 17 qualified leads in 3 days. LinkedIn ads are magical!
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in your industry. How? Share valuable content—like articles, videos, or whitepapers. 97% of clients I made thought leaders get at least 8 quality leads weekly. Want to become a thought leader? Let’s chat in my inbox.
- Leverage your connections for lead generation. Mind you, it’s not the number of followers; it’s the quality of followers. Your connections are people who know, like, and trust you. Ask them to introduce you to some of your targets.
- Don’t be too boring with one post format. Mix up your post formats. Use polls, quizzes, or surveys to engage your audience better and gain more insights into their needs and interests.
- Take advantage of messaging campaigns. Set up automated messages or customized messages. Direct them to your prospects according to their profile information or behavior online. I am giving out ten messaging templates you can use for your prospects in my copywriting class.
- Network strategically by targeting individuals or groups that are likely to be interested in what you offer instead of going after everyone randomly! But don’t be too pushy!
- Stay updated with relevant trends in your industry as this will enable you to post timely content that resonates with potential customers' needs and interests.
