PART N°1 Nicole : It’s great to meet with you today "Jeff" to discuss hiring. Before we dive in, I’d like to understand your priorities for this discussion. ? Jeff : I suggest recruiting our team in relation to turnover.? We urgently need Staff for our Departments (Finance/Administration/IT/Technical Departments...). ? Nicole : You're right, this is a target that we have to focus on ! Find a volunteer, then a trainee, a student on an alternance contract and finally the permanent staff may be a way that we can perhaps examine.? What do you think about that? Jeff : If we do our best to sell our second product worldwide, we have a chance to reach your objectives. So, we will recruit?a volunteer, then a trainee, a student on an alternance contrat, etc...?
