Jeff : I suggest recruiting our team in relation to turnover.? We urgently need Staff for our Departments (Finance/Administration/IT/Technical Departments...). ? Nicole : You're right, this is a target that we have to focus on ! Find a volunteer, then a trainee, a student on an alternance contract and finally the permanent staff may be a way that we can perhaps examine.? What do you think about that?
