RC: Briefly describe your role and how long you've been at RedCloud
BW: I’ve been with RedCloud for over a year as part of the Denny Mountain acquisition. I’m currently a Senior Marketing Manager on the Microsoft Rewards team in charge of Rewards Lifecycle marketing and RM Engagement.??
RC: What was it like to join RedCloud (onboarding process)?
BW: The transition to RedCloud was a seamless transition, and it was made clear through communication and interactions with the RedCloud team that they were vested in making sure the onboarding was as smooth as possible and provided an open door with full transparency and communication. I loved that Brett Alston took the time to personally meet with everyone on the team and answer any concerns or questions we had.?I’m grateful to be part of this amazing team and company.
RC: Given your background and other experiences, what stands out to you with RedCloud?
BW: RedCloud has a wide array of clients - should my contract come to an end, I feel like the RedCloud team will support me in finding my next adventure. They take care of their employees and treat us not as contract workers there for a short moment.?

RC: Where do you see the future of consulting or the future of RedCloud?
BW: I enjoy doing consulting and love working on my current contract; currently, it’s hard for me to imagine doing anything different.??
RC: Name one piece of technology you couldn’t live without and why?
BW: My cellphone, I’m still able to feel connected and work in times when my PC or internet connections fail me; I can work, play, and communicate with friends.
RC: What are you looking forward to the most this year with RedCloud?
BW: I continue to be impressed with RedCloud being there for me and getting me access to the tools and hardware needed for my current role. Cheers to 2023!
