Here's a quick marketing audit you can perform before you begin your day, or after the dust has settled from your busy schedule. Remember, this is a stop gap, marketing is serious business, and will require a deeper dive when you can set aside a block of time.
- Does your logo and slogan appear correctly in your printed and electronic material?
- How outdated is your marketing collateral?
- Do you have enough of your printed material?
- Do you have a marketing calendar? If you answer "yes", when was it last updated?
- Is the information on your social media accounts up to date and consistent?
- When was your last post on social media?
Like I said, this is a quick way to check out several facets of your marketing efforts. It's easy enough to delegate to one of your employees, and provides a solid launching pad for getting your marketing back on track!
