I currently offer a personal service placing various loans for clients

I have  minimum of $ 10 M as this works out well with my funders

But I get a fair amount of deals for less than $ 10 M.

Does anyone wish to take up these deals and pay a small commission if funded. I have tried before and each person says yes they can do it, but in realit they can't.

hello all, if anyone of you have funder with $10 m euros at low roi. I have a project offering 50% of the collateral value which is equals to this $10 m euros.
