10 ways I stay fit with micro movements at my desk while reading an email
One of my lifetime goals is to be the best version of myself and that includes being in great physical and fitness shape.
If you’re anything like me, many times I do not have hours to work out.?
I do have hundreds of 15-30 second windows in the middle of my day while:
Here are 10 easy micro movements that I do throughout my day to build my fitness:
1.?Use a hand gripper and alternate hands
2. Hand grippers pressing up or down
3. Hand grippers curls
4. Calf raises standing?
5. Leg raises while sitting both legs or 1 at a time
6. Leg raises standing one at a time (30 second holds)
7. Calf raises sitting (10 second reps)
8. Head nods up and down (10-20 reps)
9. Abdominal flexes (3-5 second holds)
10. Shoulder shrugs (10 second reps)
Bonus :
The overall point is to stay in movement throughout the day!
