10 LINKEDIN ARTICLES NOT TO MISS FROM JUNE 2022
From July 2019 onwards, I had decided to highlight the most interesting and inspiring articles that I found on LinkedIn each month in order to give them higher visibility. I took this decision due to findings on the current algorithm on LinkedIn, which is relevant with regard to highlighting the best posts but relatively weak while highlighting the best articles. I find these to be the result of a much more thorough approach, thereby creating a greater editorial added value. Many of the articles from June 2022 reflect the growing urgency to deal with the climate crisis, as our selected authors analyse its impact in various fields.
1) 156 Days of Theft, by Paul Polman (click here )
By July 28 this year, we will have used up the biological resources the Earth can produce in one year. Paul Polman uses this article to bring to our attention the theft of resources we conduct everyday (156, to be precise) for the rest of the year from both ourselves and future generations.
2) What If Women Invented Venture Capital?, by Jacki Zehner (click here)
In this article, Jacki Zehner reimagines what the world would look like if venture capital had been invented by women, inspired by her interview with Nathalie Egan (founder, Translator) who discusses her experience founding a tech company as a transgender woman.
