Every experience we face gives us a lesson and we learn from it.
But no matter what kind of experience we have, it always teaches us a lesson.
And we should always keep looking back to see what we have learned from the past.
As the new year starts
So it is the best way to look back and see what mistakes we do and what we learned from them to make the coming year better
In that regard, I am sharing 10 lessons I have learned in 2022,
1-Never force anybody to stay in your life:
The number one lesson I have learned in 2022 is to never force anybody to stay in your life.
The people who love you, and care about you never leave you no matter what the circumstances are.
Remember if somebody is never meant to play a role in your life then it will disappoint you if you force them to stay.
So never ever force anybody to stay in your life.
2-Do not share too much:
Ah! These are the lessons I have learned the hard way.
Because I was someone who got easily attached to someone and shared each and every detail of her life.
Due to this, I suffer too.
So don’t share too much is the biggest lesson I have learned in 2022.
3-Be the true version of yourself:
You are not born to make people happy.
If they are not accepting you the way you are then you don’t need to make them happy by faking yourself.
Be the true version of yourself.
4-Most of your friends aren’t really your friends:
Don’t scam yourself by calling the person a friend who is just there when you are experiencing the good phase of your life.
Real friends are the ones who are by your side when no one has the courage to be on your side.
5-Do not take advice from losers:
Always take advice from people or follow those people who have experience in that field.
I talked about my anxiety to people who are suffering from anxiety.
They never solve your anxiety but add to them or say stuff like “us bruh".

So always learn from experts.
6-Rewrite your stories:
In order to be a high-functioning adult, don’t always repeat the same story over and over again.
If you have a bad experience in your past then don’t tell yourself bad things about them instead take it as a learning opportunity and change your stories.
7-Do not underestimate the power of saying 'No’:
I always say yes to things even though I didn’t want to.
But once I start saying no to things that are disturbing my mental health and peace.
I became a more confident and positive person.
8-Keep yourself busy:
?I am an adult but was operating from a wounded child mentality most of the time.
I reacted most of the time.
Lived in disappointment and overthink a lot.
I have worked on it so much.
Keeping yourself busy saves you from so many things and you hardly get time to think about the things that don't matter.?
9-Invest in yourself:
Investing in yourself is one of the best investments you have ever made in your life.
And in 2023, I am determined to invest more in myself in terms of mental health, physical health, and spiritual one.
10-Escapism is a bad thing:
Whenever I face a problem I always choose escapism instead of solving the problem or trying to find a solution.
Escapism is not a solution to a problem it's just a way to avoid your problems and you can't deny your problems in your life if it's a constant thing in your life.
I am taking all of the lessons in 2023 to make it a better year than the past one.?
What you guys have learned from 2022??
