This is a great read! Being a leader is difficult and not everyone that is a manager has the ability to lead people. In my opinion I believe people are truly born with the ability to lead. No amount of education can teach empathy, sympathy, work ethic, how to relate to people or how to recognize talents in others. It's just the way people are wired. A great leader will recognize talent and help them transform from a manager to a leader.
