In last few days, I spent the commuting time listening to the audiobook version of the “No Excuses”?by Brian Tracy. Among many great ideas and strategies to develop self-discipline, here, I describe 10 key points I gathered from this book. Do things that are goal achieving. Not the things that are stress relieving

Study and adopt the positive attitudes, behaviors and strategies used by highly successful people rather than following the herd.

Take actions rather than waiting for fate and worrying about what happen. Work persistently to get the outcome you want.

Apply full talent and consistency to complete each work responsibility to the utmost standard of quality possible.

8. Eliminate time wasting at work

Prevent distraction and tangents while working. Maintain complete focus to maximize output.

9. Take full responsibility

Refuse victim mentality and blaming circumstances. Our lives ultimately result from what we have done or not done.

10. If it’s done before, so can you

If others have succeeded despite adversity or disadvantage, so can you with the right mindset. We share basic human potential.
