- ?? Constant learning, and upgrading - taking up courses/certifications which constantly help you get better is needed. ???
- Confidence and self-belief are Key. You need to believe in yourself. The world checks your confidence and gives opportunities for you. ????
- Be aware that ?? "Economic downturns/recession" and "layoffs" keep continuously happening every 5/10/x years. It goes up & down. The only things which would work for you is to grow your knowledge & do dedicated work at the job, to be above the market fluctuations. ??????
- Know that in the coming 3-5 years market will massively change. With more AI, the way of working / technology would upgrade. You would need to keep an eye on and adapt to these new ways of working. Be smart and confident to grow in these areas. ??????
