Ordinary efforts get ordinary result. When competition for the same job in in thousands, it is beneficial to think outside the box.

It is also important to focus on long terms and create a uniqueness about your candidature.

Here are 10 ways stand out from the crowd, if you an active job seeker,

It is great way build their confidence in trying an employee out for a role. It demonstrates ingenuity and accountability on the part of the job seeker to employers, both of which are incredibly needed and valued.
