Reminisce on Past Memories
When you look back on the past with fondness, you can attract that same energy into the present day. Find a picture from a time when you were happy and feel grateful for that moment. Close your eyes and imagine that you are there, relive it and use your gratitude to manifest the same into your life.
If you are suffering from illness, find a picture of yourself when your physical fitness was at its best. If you want to manifest love, find an image of yourself with your loved ones. This is a great way to use the power of gratitude to change your life.
Say Thank You to Your Bills
Instead of complaining about your outgoings, start to feel good about the services that they have provided you with. Every time that a bill comes in the mail don’t feel down about it.
