You just need to master this setup to make some kopi money.
See the picture attached. Typically, I would wait for a prior high to be taken out and observe if that was a stop hunt or the market wants to trigger stops and take it higher. For a valid stop hunt and reverse, the following conditions need to be present:
1. The volume from that candle that triggers the stop hunt needs to be higher than other candle volume. This shows that stops are getting triggered.
2. Stops getting triggered does not mean anything as yet - the market can choose to push higher for a momentum break. Sometimes, the market triggers the stop, rest then continue.
3. So I would always wait for the market to show its hand... Continue reading
