10 Exercises In 10 Minutes

It's Day 5 of our '12 Days Of Fitness' Challenge.

Are you still going strong?

Maybe you are, maybe you aren't...

Either way it doesn't matter...

Today is a new day and a new opportunity to go again.

Maybe you haven't had time?

There is no excuse because today's session is only 10 minutes.

Give it a go:

Anyone can find 10 minutes if it's important enough.


MINDSET TIP

Everyone has 24 hours a day... What will you prioritise in your 24 hours today?


You don't need much time for exercise.

You don't have to travel to and from a gym.

You don't need to set up any equipment.

You can literally be done 10 minutes from now by following today's workout session.

Maybe you're thinking is 10 minutes enough?

This workout burns approximately 100 calories, plus you'll burn at least an extra 200 calories post-workout through the afterburn effects of HIT training.

That's 300 calories a day.

That equates to 13 kgs of fat over a year without any other changes to your lifestyle.

It's all about consistency.
