4 年Great list, John! One tactic that I don't see many brands implementing?is Schema.org Go-To Actions (https://developers.google.com/gmail/markup/reference/go-to-action). They can really help Gmail-client CTR significantly (although it bypasses the click-tracking in the email because they click on the link straight in the inbox line without actually opening the email). Requires Google approve your implementation, but once in, it can be surprisingly effective.???????
