I wanted to share this story as some banks seem to move mountains and then on the other hand some banks simply don't at all seem interested at all to want to secure your business.

After initially lodging a loan with a Major bank and being initially advised the turnaround time would be 5 working days and NO Valuation would be required on the Purchase, to my pure disappointment, this dragged out to be 11 working days and in the end a Valuation was required.

This left an awkward conversation I had to have with my clients. In the end we pulled the loan out of the Bank and placed with another, in turn, we got the loan approved within days, along with a Valuation in had ( right on contract price ).

Formally approved with docs to clients for signing, now looking at settlement within days.

These types of stories I like to share, great results and happy clients.

By the way the 2nd bank we chose was a cheaper interest rate too, so I believe things happen for a reason
