The 10-Day Mind & Body Challenge 


As many of you know, I suffered a nervous breakdown aged 23 which led to a deep depression that lasted for a year or so (see my article here on linked in for my full story). From the moment it happened, I realised the problem was within and not something that could be dealt with using a drug. My GP prescribed Prozac which I took for one week before deciding to do it a different way.

I decided to meditate, eat better, think positive and change my whole way of life.


The 10-Day Mind & Body Challenge aims to help people who want to find their way and to improve their physical and mental state with just a few key steps done daily. It doesn’t matter whether one wants to lose weight, get fitter, be happier or add better nutrition to their diet; it’s a universal challenge that can help all areas of life regardless of where the person currently is.


What you get on the challenge:


  1. Small daily steps to help improve your physical and mental health.
  2. A daily meditation written and recorded.
  3. A daily short fitness workout for all levels written and video recorded.
  4. Nutrition advice for weight-loss or gain, energy, immune and sport.

  8. An ideal breakfast.
  9. Support and guidance.
  10. Be part of an interactive What’s App Group and access to the Facebook Group.


Each challenge has a theme but otherwise, all the above elements are included in every challenge that runs every two weeks.
