10 Daily Habits or Routine Habits that will Make You a Beast! (Killer Morning Routine)
1. Journalizing your Next day.
This doesn’t start in the morning. It begins 30 minutes before you sleep tonight.
So, decide now when you are going to sleep, because you will wake up at 5.00 in the morning tomorrow. If you don’t want to, don’t even bother reading this article any further. Go read and watch dumb vlogs or comedy videos, because you don’t have what it takes to be winner, what you are is a dumb view on some dumb video.
For those who left, switch off your phone 30 minutes before going to bed and sit with yourself.
What is to be done tomorrow and how well you are going to do, it can both easily program a day before in your mind.
In the 30 minutes at the end of the day with your phone away, you will automatically start thinking about the day, your life, it happens because you are alone, it’s night, and the day is over which makes you self-reflective.
Most probably, you would blame yourself, hate yourself, ask yourself, why I am not working? Snap out of this bullshit and simply focus on this line:
“I am gonna wake up at 5.00 and make tomorrow the most productive day of my life.”
This is the subject to your thought process in that moment.
Tomorrow is going to be most productive day of your life.
Program your subconscious by talking about it.
The next morning there won’t be single doubt, no confusion, you would feel focused and prepared because your goals have now transferred from conscious memory to your subconscious because of the sleep you took.
2. Wake up at 5.00 in the morning no matter what.
This is not a request. This is paramount, overriding, and predominant.
3. For 30 minutes or so, watch selective content, for example, interview, clips of some podcast.
That’s your first dose of relaxation first thing in the morning to get it out of the way.
Do reply to whomever texted you at night.
For half an hour, just watch people speaking.
Don’t watch comedy because there is there is huge difference between listening to people speak, and laughing. Listening increase the engagement in your mind, which automatically gets you out of sleep.
Comedy is only relaxing you more, making you lazier, making you want to stay in the same spot and eat another chunk of funny content because there is no such thing enough comedy.
Prefer TED talks contents, because it will improve your general knowledge about any topic and English as well.
Other than increasing engagement in your brain, when you watch such content, you are not only consuming good information, but also reading personality types. Whenever you listen to somebody speak, your brain subconsciously judge them, basically forming opinion about them which is great mental exercise.
4. Time to lift weight and run.
For an hour, workout, sweat, get your neurotransmitter flowing. I am not talking endorphins, baby.
Now I do suggest a quick workout in the evening as well, which is simply a 20 minutes cardio. In case you already go to the gym in the evening, interchange. 20 minutes ruthless cardio in the morning, lifting the in the evening.
The side effects are, in about a month, you’d start looking really good, but this isn’t why I am asking you to work out. I am asking because you are meant to. Being at one place, stationary, sitting, lying down is against your physical constitution. No wonder you are bored, tired, uninterested and lacking in motivation.
Your brain already consists of natural power boosters; exercise is one way how to activate them.
So, do push-ups whenever you feel bored and tired. You are young, nothing is going to happens to you.
5. Take a shower, clean yourself.
This ritual is called preparation. The act of cleaning all the sweat and grime off your body in itself is psychologically such a liberating task that right away, you will start filling special about yourself; you would feel immense positivity, and not a sign of lethargy, worry, or doubt. It’s wiped out, and it’s still early morning.
6. Revisiting your plan.
You are at the start of the great day, so revisit whatever you had panned last night, just to set yourself on that path.
From this point on, your effort should be toward protecting your plan.
7. Store your energy.
A lot of us are wasting our mental energy in the simply over thinking, over processing, over analyzing horseshit gossip about girls, how can I be cool, how can I be friends with this person!
In any social environment, we get distracted so easily and quickly.
Screw all my goals, this girl that I have just met has overwritten all my plans that I have made over years.
Don’t get F**ked by your own dick.
Keep your eyes on the prize.
Question is not how to motivate, but it’s how to protect out motivation.
If there’s motive, there is motivation.
8. Manage your phone for maximum personal prioritization.
Unfollow every person or page that shares dumb pictures, gossip links, memes, selfies, group pics, just stupid shit that distract you because you start either jerking off or watching comedy.

9. Read about what you eat.
Learn how what you put in your body is affecting you.
A lot of times we hate ourselves because we can’t get ourselves to work.
My mood is just not into studying.
It’s because we have no knowledge that food affects our moods, affects motivation, memory, can cause you to feel tired, distracted, All the millionaires and billionaires eat selectively and carefully chosen foods. They do it because they are smart, appreciate science and use it to perform at their highest. Thankfully, you have internet too.
Google: Foods that makes you smarter. Foods that will increase your intelligence. Food to boost focus and memory. Read and eat.
Also, make it a general rule to eat healthy, lay off junk food, over eating, anything that cause lethargy, fatigue. Come on man, this is basic stuff.

10. Your WHY!
Throughout the day keep asking yourself: what am I doing right now?
I have to work,
I have to get back to work. I have to work, work, work.
Often your brain will ask back, WHY?
Now I don’t know what your goal is, it could be revenge, it could be proving something to somebody, it could be proving something to yourself, it could be what you wanted to do.
You have to bring it back in a few mental images to remind yourself instantly of your why!
So think of a very strong why before you go into the beast mode, before you go into this fight, because this journey involves saying lots of NO’s to a lot of people, upsetting a lot of people, and sacrificing a lot of joys.
