Sixty percent of your body is made up of water, therefore it needs water to function properly. Water is the best thing you can put in your body, yet so many of us ignore it throughout the day.
But there are lots of easy ways which we can adopt in our daily routine to inhibit a healthy practice of drinking water and to??increase our water intake.

1. Drink 2 glass of water immediately after waking up.
2. Before each meal, even breakfast or a snack, drink a half glass or full glass of water.?
3. Have one glass of water every hour while at work.

6. Bring 2 litre of water to work and try to drink it all before you leave work.
