10 Commandments of Recruiting:

Law one of the 10 commandments of recruiting was to?create very attractive job descriptions, law two to?ask high-level questions, law three to?cast a wide net, law four to?recruit through your a player list, and law five is to?subtly sell to the candidate's pain points, law six is to?always sell the 5 F's of recruiting, law seven is to?be real and authentic during the recruitment process, law eight is to?sell your group with ease and from the heart, and law nine is to never come off desperate. The last commandment of recruiting is to offer your best salary the first time.

Never offer lower than you can in hopes to negotiate and save a few bucks. This is a big mistake and we see it happen often.

If you can offer $230-245k to a candidate, offer them $245k. If you offer them $230k and then hope to negotiate and land somewhere in the middle (only to save $3k) it sets the relationship off to a bad start).

One of the main reasons people leave jobs is that they don’t feel appreciated. If you offer them low, they are going to feel unappreciated yet again.? It’s a bad way to start a relationship.?

Benefits of this method:?

1- You have a better chance of them accepting your offer over someone else’s.??

2- You don’t NEED to give them a raise anytime soon.?

3-They feel wanted and valued and they will perform better in the new position.?
