1. You must have no other drive for doing anything but a unique passion for people – passion for people who will produce, use or manage the results, products or services that your leadership delivers. You must not allow yourself to get involved in or start something that you do not have sufficient passion to finish. You must be driven by passion for people.
2. You must not make unto yourself things that attract worship to you – you must not name laws, statutes, roads, institutions, etc., after yourself. That would be zeal misdirected. If you are that good a leader, others will name things after you!
3. You must not use the name of your country, State, Province, Company, and Organization in vain ways that bring disrepute and shame and loss because of your eagerness to achieve.

1. Remember those who have helped you get to where you are and give them the honor they deserve – this does not include those who helped you but are now looking for ways to make you fail because of the good your passion is delivering neither does it include those who helped but mocked you so much after doing whatever they did that you wished you never accepted help from them.
2. Give honor whenever necessary to your mentors – Let it be to both those who mentored you deliberately through physical acquaintance and those who without knowing it, mentored you from a distance by their disposition, words, books and by their own zealous lives.
3. You must not kill – watch your enthusiasm so that you do not get to the point where in your zeal, you pioneer policies or projects that bring about death to other great things achieved before you or physical death to humans or destruction of their future potential and actualization.
4. You must not commit adultery – CEOs don’t sleep with your secretary; employees don’t break company policies by starting and hiding office romance; Business Owners, don’t take advantage of your spouse whose support has helped you build your business – don’t take advantage of them by sleeping with a woman or man who lives between your home and your office.
5. You must not steal - you must not allow your eagerness to achieve things to push you to the point of a loss of ethics that you steal intellectual property and ideas of others whether of rivals or partners.
6. You must not be a bearer of false witness against your nation, citizens, team members, employees, partners, shareholders and any other person or group of people with whom you have to interact because of your leadership opportunities.
7. You must not allow your zealousness as positive a thing as it is, to make you desire the results, products services, leadership accolades of your rivals or competition or partners so much that you are willing to cross lines and do illegal and criminal things to try to be the possessor of the successes and things that they possess
