One of the best ways to empower ourselves is through education.? On the heels of Women’s History Month as observed by the USA, UK and Australia, I have compiled a list of books I have read over the last few years that dramatically shifted my perspective on what is possible as a woman.??
These books taught me how often history is skewed and in turn how we are represented in all systems: political, medical, psychological, educational and economic to name a few.??
Some of these books will give you tools on how and WHY to radically love and accept yourself more today.??
Some will light a fire in your belly/womb to take action.? Purpose is what sustains us in all the social impact work we tend to do.??
Some will shock you - the flat out lies we have been taught.??
Some will make you realize just how far we have to go towards equality - and that we can’t do it alone.?
All of them will inspire you to take back your agency and dial in your intuition to carve your best path forward.
In honor of all these incredible trailblazers and disruptors:?
