5 年Totally agree, I was an EA for 13 years to my old boss, and you need to understand your boss from the beginning - you become the person they rely on and you need to second guess them a lot to make things work. My old boss and are are still in touch to this day and he occasionally texts me to ask me questions that he knows I will know the answer to - even after 4 years of us parting! Too many companies do not match personalities and styles and therefore often the turnover is very high, which frustrates executives and makes the job even harder for the person stepping into the role.
