Autoimmune disease triggers are important to understand in order to minimize them and to help reduce your autoimmune symptoms and assist in your journey to healing your autoimmune condition. - This is a bigger issue and is a bigger problem than many people realize. When your body tissues attack themselves, one of the causes can be a lack of self worth or self love. You must love yourself in order to heal from an autoimmune condition you may be experiencing at the moment.?
- Stress- Stress is at the root of a lot of health challenges and can make anything worse and especially autoimmune conditions.? There are a lot of things you can do to minimize stress and we live in a world where too many of us are stressed too much.
- Toxins- toxins of all kinds can trigger or make worse autoimmune disease. This is why it’s important to detox and remove as many toxins from your life as possible. You can’t remove all toxins from your environment but you can do things like use toxin free cleaners, and skin care products.? You can also do things to detox the toxins from your body in order to reduce the amount of them in your body.
- Infections like Lyme
- These are at the root of a lot of autoimmune conditions. You need to work on figuring out what kinds of infections you have and then healing those in order to heal from your autoimmune condition.?
