This article would be much more helpful if each tip came with a link on how to achieve this. Example: Using Parallel Processing, I've been wanting to do this, but do not know how to do it. Or when it says Define UI Elements. How? I can only use the Element Picker and it doesn't work very well and is inconsistent.
