Having the ability to work well as part of a team, to take charge of a situation and be able to delegate work are all desirable characteristics for employers. Plus, a happy team is also a productive team, so team communication training can be a worthwhile investment.
If you’re just looking for a fun away day for the an office annual get together then our choice of outdoor team building activities could be of interest. Here at Call of the Wild, we do things a little differently. Here are a few of the adventurous activities that you can choose between when booking team communication training with us.
Rock Climbing
We’re based in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park and along the award-winning Gower coast, and rock climbing offers a great view of the natural scenery. We provide you with all the safety equipment and our guides will teach you the ropes (pun intended), all you need to do is enjoy the exhilarating experience.
Caving
Communication is key when trying to navigate small, cramped spaces. Our underground exploration activities allow you to journey through natural or man-made caverns, and are suitable for different party sizes.
Quad Biking
Do your staff do a lot of driving for a living? Then why not test out their skills out on the Welsh hills with a mucky quad biking escapade? Everyone is sure to have great fun as they prove that they’re the best driver in the group.
Hill Walking
Work as team and navigate your way across mountainous terrain from point A to B with one of our hiking or mountain walking training days.
