1 Vital Lesson Our Parents Taught US
ONE THING I've noticed about myself recently, is that I look down at the floor/ground a lot. My eyes would be staring at the floor, EVERYWHERE I go, instead of seeing and accepting the world around me. This MIGHT be a symptom, of a defeatist personality, to habitually look down to ground.
I don't remember EVER being that way. I Always thought of myself to visually enjoy nature, the sky, the people around me, and overall enjoyment of my environment. Anyone else can relate or is it just me?
Regardless, It's important to look up and enjoy the aesthetics around you. STAND upright, chest OUT, chin UP, just like our parents taught us, Right? Lol
One of my mentors said to me, "Randy, You have to Build confidence daily. When you STOP paying the price to confidence, then your confidence will stop working for you. He'll just hang out and wait for payment."
I was SPEECHLESS. I never heard this information before. This is so true! EVERY single day, we must challenge ourselves to do what we need to do in order for our purpose to be fulfilled. IN turn, it can start with building the habit of better posture.
I find it inspiring to be able to continue to have access to information that is helping me progress. I'M grateful for the people that I've been developing with because THEY BELIEVE in me and they want the best for my future. My mom taught me, "Who you surround yourself with will influence your life’s direction."
