Integrator of intelligent material handling system, such as Overhead crane, gantry crane, jib crane, KBK light crane system, smart cranes, stacker cranes, electric hoist, etc.
This is an irrigation water project in Saudi Arabia, which need a pillar mounted slewing jib crane for maintain the pump system, with lifting capacity no more than 1000kg. Due to the work site situation, customer has some special request:
a)Column is divided, and the top part is removable;
b)Slewing mechanism is in the division part, not on the top as traditional design;
c)Slewing angle is 360°;
This is challenge to us, because, this request is too rare and too special. Anyway, our design team think of a good solution, skillfully combining the slewing mechanism together with division system and realizing all these requests by customer, who highly approved our solution.
