The 1 thing we're ignoring that's responsible for 95% of our success or failure in the job hunt

The 1 thing we're ignoring that's responsible for 95% of our success or failure in the job hunt

Here is why the surface level tactics you’ve been told to keep trying aren’t working, and don’t work for most people in their career.?

?

And why you’d be served well to put your attention into learning some other key skills that are usually far off people’s radars.

?

You see, most career strategy is conscious. Which is the first problem because it is actually the subconscious that decides how hiring decisions are made, and the subconscious mind of the interviewer decides who they are going to hire way before their conscious mind has time to justify or explain.?

?

But we are heavily taught to focus on external activities like…?

?

“Answer this question like this, put this on your LinkedIn profile, don’t put these words on your resume etc…”

?

…Which is only the tip of the iceberg for real success.

?

It’s the reason why we see so many people following the same old same old humdrum advice and having varying degrees of success across the board.

?

Those countless resumes you keep sending out, those perfect answers you are trying so hard to nail…

?

They’re not yielding a result because they are only addressing the thin top layer of the actual problem.

?

The things that get you the opportunity, the things that actually get you the job are the things you do from who you are being at your core identity level.

?

You think it was the specific thing you said? ??

?

Nah...

Actually, it was the subconscious tone of certainty in which you said it that struck a chord and linked in their mind as someone who is capable and straight up…

?

You think it was that story you told about the fantastic job you did on doubling the revenue on a project...

?

Nah it was the way in which you told it, that sparked the feeling of trustworthiness within them & they were able to see you as not just a candidate, but as a human who they saw as high-value.

?

A lot of what Career coaches say is SO important that you must do in your job search, actually has a very small impact.

?

The unconscious way you are being at your core at your identity level (which we aren’t hyper-aware of) is what magnetizes people’s response to you (or lack thereof)

?

I’m a career coach with a background in so many useless external tries (And I mean YEARS of disappointing results) that I had no choice in the end but to learn how it really works. I wish I had found the information sooner! ??

?

That no amount of external action could compensate for what makes the difference from within who I was being and how I was showing up in my essence. ?

Let me share with you everything I know about creating the identity of an In-demand candidate…

?

& take this with you into your career to reach new heights as a leader, top performer, and beyond.

?

One of the biggest things people acknowledge me for is the internal shifts.

I almost never start with the external with a client. ?

And if I do, we normally end up back to the internal heart of the root issue. ?

These are the requirements that surface-level tips and tricks can’t give you; no matter how many sample answers you read, you’ll still be missing something ????

Come to learn more about this tomorrow!

I’ll be sharing with you 3 things from inside the program where we delve heavily into the Subconscious mind part of how you get hired!? ?

It plays 95% of the role after all! So we might as well leverage it! ?

Our subconscious really does drive us more than we think so I love that you focus on this Natalie Fisher because how we come across is key to our success.

Really well-thought-out, and so, so true. Thinking back, I'm pretty sure I owe all of my success to more subconscious interviewing and marketing vs. a line on a resume or specific answer to an interview question.

Natalie, this resonates deeply. The key to job hunting success? It's all in the details. When I help clients secure high-quality backlinks, it’s not just about quantity— it’s about precision and strategy. Just like in job hunting, the small things often make the biggest impact. Thanks for sharing this insight! Looking forward to reading more.
