1 Thing that differentiates Newbies from Real Business Owners

You have mentees who are absolute starters, then you have others who are doing well, and then you have your business associates who are absolutely killing it. What difference do you see in these 3 categories of people?

I guess this is the easiest question for me to answer.?

Let's start with those who are absolute beginners. I would like to present a comparison based on the mindset. The people who are complete beginners have a mindset that there is some super special skill extra secret which only these guys know.?

They think that once they get to enter into the circle they are going to see something really special, a massive secret that has not been revealed by these guys. And once I will get to know that secret, I will become super-rich.

So that’s the mindset of the absolute starters.

Then comes those people who are doing well. Those are the people who have understood that hard work is the key to success. And they have started emphasizing doing hard work as much as possible.?

And then if I talk about the business associates who are absolutely killing it, when I am in that kind of circle where such people gather, for example in events, like that of Grant Cardone’s.

I along with my brother Rahul went to Grand Cardone’s event, and we were in the VIP seats. It was one of the most premium seats over there. We were surrounded by only those people who opted for VIP seats or maybe above that.

So the discussion that happens over there is only on the level of Mindset. It's never on the level of some short-term strategies or some hacks.

Because, of course, these short-term strategies and hacks work for a particular project. But the biggest thing that is required for a person is his/ her mindset.?

If your mindset has shifted to a path where you only think about succeeding and not giving up then you give your absolute best.

I believe in the simple fact that if you win, you win because of your mindset, and if you fail, you fail because of your mindset.

All these strategies & hacks play a very minor role and anybody can learn them. Because it's only about using a simple tool to implement something. How hard can it be??

But your mindset to try out one more thing, the mindset to try out one more time when you have failed multiple times, is the most important thing.

These are the highest level events and the type of discussions that happen over there are all about mindset, balancing out your life, or maybe how to keep your health on track along with your work.

Do you understand the difference??

Those were absolute starters, they are thinking about some secret that these guys are hiding. They are only thinking about those hidden secrets, strategies & hacks.

But the discussion that is happening at the greatest level is only about mindset, health, work-life balance, following your passion along with your business.

This is the huge mindset difference between these categories. It’s like the day and night difference between these categories.
