How will you have an impact (I'm assuming that's what one wants as a leader ??) if you're not seen or heard? This is great value Shivangi.

Looks, body language and only then attention to what is said. Less than 10% of attention in the best case. That's the reality. While acting skills are not taught in science and engineering schools. It is surprising to expect presentation mastery as a result, isn't it? Some people are natural, though.
