This 1 shift is a game changer
When people think “career coach,” they often think about things like resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job search tactics.?
But this isn’t what I do, and it’s not what my clients hire me for.?
I am a world class business strategist and coach.?
And henceforward, I’m going to be referring to myself as such!?
I’ve consulted for 20+ Fortune 1000 companies at the highest level.?
I’ve also built a thriving independent business over the past 7 years.?
I know what works, and that’s what I teach my clients.?
Business coaching is strategic and expansive. It’s about getting clear on your purpose and values, then building something that works for you + the market.?
The biggest struggle is knowing what you actually want and where to channel your focus. Once you know your purpose, the rest falls into place.?
I work with people who are considering going independent / toying around with the idea – or with folks who already have businesses and are looking to take it to the next level.?
Which one of those are you?

When I relate to myself as a Business Coach, it feels big. It feels right. It’s more accurate than saying “career coach.”?
This shift is not only a gift for myself, but for my clients too.?
It gives me permission to show up as the biggest version of myself – and to unleash all of my talents and gifts in service of my clients.?
